What Is a Japanese Sando?
A Japanese sando is traditionally a sandwich made with soft, fluffy Japanese milk bread known as shokupan. Harajuku Gyoza has given this classic a dessert twist by lightly frying the bread until it's crisp and golden before filling it with rich, creamy flavours.
